Enjoy the serenity of this beautifully renovated and well-appointed 1400 sqft property, it was designed to reflect a coastal theme with shiplap walls, décor and furniture, curated to offer the most relaxing and enjoyable experience. The Shanty also features lots of white space to allow your eyes and mind to rest and recoup as you enjoy your time there. The Coastal Shanty is the third of three cottages located on the same lot, the others are called The Coastal Cottage and The Coastal Cabana, all three are short term rentals, situated in a prime location in Panama City Beach. The neighborhood Sunnyside is nice and quiet, and just far enough away form the busy areas so as to not be able to hear traffic or loud beach goers. The Shanty has one dedicated free parking space. There is a shared garden shed situated at the rear of the property, inside there is a small portable charcoal BBQ, (utensils are found inside each property), buckets and spades and boogie boards for your use. The Shanty has a Smart TV and can be used to stream any streaming service you may have an account with, eg, Roku, Netflix, Disney, Hulu, etc. There is also an antenna installed too so guests can watch local channels as well. The internet is connected. The beach entrance is just a few hundred yards from the property, right at the bottom of the street, there is an unlocked gate you enter through (the community asks that you keep the gate closed) walk the sandy path past the dunes and then you're on the beach. This property is pet friendly, there is a pet fee, so please message us and tell us more about your pet or pets. There is a maximum of two Dogs up to 80lbs each.to stay at the property, there is a pet fee of $50.00 per pet, per stay. The pet fee will be charge automatically for Airbnb reservations, for Vrbo or Booking.com reservations after indicating it on your booking please message us too with the details, an invoice will be sent prior to your check in, thanks.. Sorry, no cats allowed. There are many beaches close by that are pet friendly, but the local private beach at the bottom of the street is not.
