Beautiful Canyon Rim Apartment is located in a very safe neighborhood in the East Millcreek area, in south of Salt Lake. it is a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment. The apartment is part of a triplex which has two other private and separate apartments within.
The bedroom has a queen size four post bed, there is a full bathroom, a nice size kitchen, along with a comfy living room, which includes a desk and chair in case you need to work remotely while staying, good internet is provided.
There is a Smart Television in the unit that can be used to stream any company you may have an account with, eg, Roku, Netflix, Disney, Hulu, etc., there is also an antenna installed so you can watch local channels too.
The private entrance to the property is up about six steps, but the inside of the apartment is all on one level.
We welcome a maximum of two dogs (up to 60lbs each) to stay at the apartment, there is a pet fee of $50.00 per pet, per stay. The pet fee will be charge automatically for Airbnb reservations, for Vrbo or Booking.com reservations after indicating it on your booking please message us too with the details, an invoice will be sent prior to your check in, thanks.
Sorry no cats are allowed. There is a fine for bring a pet that is not approved, and possibly an extra cleaning fee if needed.
There is a large shared fully fenced in backyard for your use, and the property is nestled off the road by about 70 feet.
One free designated parking space is available on the driveway.
